No, probably not.

So long as the benefit payments qualify under the HAVEN Act of 2019 (Honoring American Veterans in Extreme Need Act of 2019), VA disability and survivor benefits will no longer count as monthly disposable income in bankruptcy cases.

This should permit more veterans to qualify for chapter 7 relief, and more veterans that file chapter 13 to have lower, more affordable payments.
