(I chose you because) after talking with several attorneys, I was most impressed with first contact and information given by J. Thomas Black.
(What can we do to improve?) I cannot think of any changes throughout the process of bankruptcy filing. "If it isn't broke don't fix it."
From the initial appointment with Mr. J. Thomas Black, everything was spelled out...outline of procedures, attorney's fees, filing costs, and the best way for my bankruptcy; and most important, forms furnished to me so I could supply all pertinent information to my attorney.
Also, once I became a client, access to J. Thomas Black and his assistants was important and comforting. After bankruptcy filing, attorney continues to assist me with certain "after bankruptcy" actions.
