	Reverse Mortgages - Financial Freedom.com Reverse mortgages are not for everyone. You must be over 62 and either have a paid-for house, or a lot of equity in one. But in the right circumstance, it can definitely solve a problem for an older person.
	New Leaf Mortgage These folks say they can refinance you while you are in Chapter 13, without paying off the plan, after you've been in your Chapter 13 plan for a year. Also, they state that they can do a "Chapter 13 buyout" once you've been in the plan for 36 months.
